A valid Emirates ID is needed for the account verification. A salary certificate or a bank statement that shows the salary remittance is also needed. Minimum salary should be at least 3000 aed.

We accept debit and credit cards issued from banks in the UAE.

The products are either new or like new.  We have a rigorous test that our used products need to go through before being rented out again.

The rental period officially starts when you receive the product, but you will be charged for the first month's rental when you order it.  If you want to keep the product longer you can extend your rental by contacting us through the chat, or email, or our phone number.  

We offer both rent and rent to own options.
Check out our Purchase Options for each item on the product's page. These options depend on the Rental Period you choose.

1- Return the item and upgrade to a newer product. This works best if you are renting an item for 12 months. After these 12 months, you can return the item and upgrade to the newer version paying almost the same price!
2- Extend your Subscription
3- Buy the item. Check the Purchase Options depending on the Rental Period you chose.

At Rentlevy, you can rent for either 1, 3, 6, 12 or 18 months. You can decide to buy the item after renting it or throughout your subscription.
1- If you rent for 1 month, you can continue paying the same amount for at least 8 months and then buy the item for 1 aed.
2- If you rent for 3 months, you can continue paying the same amount for at least 10 months and then buy the item for 1 aed.
3- If you rent for 6 months, you can continue paying the same amount for at least 13 months and then buy the item for 1 aed.
4- If you rent for 12 months, you can continue paying the same amount for at least 20 months and then buy the item for 1 aed.
