communications with us, when you visit one of our storefronts, or from other sources.

activities, and browsing actions and patterns. We may also collect personal information from
third parties.
3. COOKIES AND LINKED SITES
The technologies we use for automatic data collection on the Sites or our mobile applications
include cookies and web beacons. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device. A web
beacon is a small electronic file (e.g., clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) with a unique
identifier that is used to understand browsing activity. We use data collected through these
technologies, which we may supplement with other information such as location, to help us
improve the Sites and to deliver a better and more personalized service.

6. CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We

used by Rentlevy to promote our own or third parties' products or services. If we have sent you a
promotional e-mail, you may send us a return e-mail asking to be omitted from future e-mail
distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to Rentlevy as a result of a
product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
7. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The content of the Site is not targeted to or intended for children under 13 years of age. Rentlevy
does not market products or services to this age group, and does not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information
on the Site or on or through any of its features or register on the Site, make any purchases or
rentals through the Site, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name,
address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we
learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without
verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
8. ACCESSING, CORRECTING AND DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
If you have a Rentlevy.com account, you can review and change your personal information by
logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page, and updating your information.
Please note that this will not update your customer account with us; this will only update your
Site account.
You may also send us an e-mail at privacy@ur.com, MKT-Web@ur.com,
urcontrolsupport@ur.com (for URControl.com users) or totalcontrolsupport@ur.com (for
TotalControl.com users) to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you
have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your
user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the
change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Rentlevy takes reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from
accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure and keep personal
information accurate and up-to-date as appropriate. We also seek to require our affiliates and
service providers with whom we share personal information to exercise reasonable efforts to
maintain the confidentiality of personal information about you.
We only use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL protects information as it
crosses the Internet. You can tell if you are visiting a secure area by looking at the padlock
symbol at the bottom of your browser screen. If it is "locked," you have a secure session.
For online transactions, we use reasonable technological measures to protect the personal
information that you transmit to us via our site. However, no data transmission over the Internet
can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, Rentlevy cannot ensure or warrant the security
of any information transmitted to the Site over the Internet.

Policy, we will post a link to the revised Policy on the homepage of our Sites, and if you have
registered for any of products or services or have an account with us, we may also inform you

posting the revised Policy on the Sites.

EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA ADDENDUM
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the following additional
provisions apply to how we treat your personal information. The provisions of this EEA
Addendum prevail over conflicting provisions in the Privacy Policy.
